The oven should be preheated to 240 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 115 degrees Celsius) before baking the chocolate chip cookies for approximately 40 to 50 minutes. You will end up with a very dry pot, but this is what you strive for, so don’t worry about it.
  2. Place 1-2 quarts of water in a medium saucepan and let it come to a boil. When the pot is ready, add the butter (2 sticks per half an ounce of weed). Melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  3. In the meantime, add the decarbed buds prepared in the oven as soon as the butter has melted. Keep stirring the mixture. It should be cooked for 2.5 – 3.5 hours at the lowest heat setting.
  4. Place a cheesecloth over a large bowl when the mixture has cooled enough to be ready for butter making. Pour the mixture into the bowl carefully after pouring the cheesecloth over it. If there is any remaining oil in the cheesecloth, squeeze it.
  5. After settling, place the mixture into the fridge for 45 minutes. In the refrigerator, this concoction with THC will separate into layers as the top layer rises. Peel this part off once everything has been separated. Remove all extra water from your fresh reefer extract and store it in an air-tight jar or container.

  1. Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C). An 8-inch springform pan needs to be well-greased.
