We have certified more than 145,000 patients since 2021. Patients stay with us because the process is fast, the pricing is clear, and no one pays unless a licensed doctor approves them.
Most visits wrap up in a quarter of an hour. Talk to a doctor by video and walk away certified. No commute, no waiting room, no half-day off work.
Four plain steps take you from sign-up to certified. We handle the state registration in the background so you never have to decode a government form.
If the physician can't certify you, you owe nothing and the refund is automatic. We've issued thousands of them without an argument.
Word gets around when something actually works. A big share of our patients found us because a friend, coworker, or family member told them to.
New York updated its medical program in November 2025 — including home cultivation rights and out-of-state reciprocity. Our process already reflects all of it.

A medical card gives you patient-only benefits that recreational buyers do not get. Here is what you can expect as a certified New York patient:
Medical patients pay a 3.15% excise tax. Recreational buyers pay 13% at the register. That is a savings of about 9.85% on every purchase.
Legally cultivate up to six cannabis plants (3 mature, 3 immature) for personal medical use, in accordance with OCM regulations.
Your certifying provider sets the amount based on your needs, and you're allowed to keep a 60-day supply at any time — well beyond a recreational customer's limits.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing you are fully compliant with New York cannabis laws and OCM guidelines.
Patients under 18 may access medical cannabis through a registered caregiver age 21 or older when they have a qualifying condition.
Certified patients get workplace protection against discrimination for legal medical cannabis use, plus housing protections recreational users do not have.
This short video walks you through each step of getting your New York medical cannabis card, including the 2025–2026 rule changes.
New York scrapped its fixed list of qualifying conditions back in 2022. Today, a licensed New York physician can recommend cannabis for any condition they reasonably believe it will help — chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, nausea, and plenty more. The bar to walk in the door is simple: be a New York resident who's 18 or older. Under 18? A designated caregiver can apply on your behalf.
